About TrueSide

One worker. Real accountability.

TrueSide is founded and personally run by Anosh Mian Khel. When you call, you reach the person who supports you, not a call centre, not a roster team.

Meet Anosh.

Anosh is a Melbourne-based support worker from the south-east's Afghan community. He speaks English and is a native Dari speaker (the language also known as Farsi), and has delivered person-centred NDIS support since 2025: daily living assistance, transport and community participation for participants across Greater Dandenong and Casey.

Outside support work he studies law online and, like half the south-east, spends his spare time on the futsal court, the padel court and the occasional video game. The standard is the same everywhere: do what you said you would, when you said you would.
