NDIS support · Melbourne's south-east
Support that feels like home.
The same trusted worker, in your language, who understands your family and your faith. TrueSide delivers personal, consistent NDIS support across Dandenong, Noble Park, Casey and surrounds.
It means hello — in Dari, also known as Farsi. Spoken natively, alongside English.
Why TrueSide exists
Too many participants meet a new stranger every fortnight.
Rotating rosters make people start again, over and over: re-explaining routines, preferences, medication, culture. TrueSide was built on the opposite idea. One worker. A real relationship. Support shaped around your goals, your home and what matters to you.

Core supportA TrueSide support pathway
Hayat — support that respects your faith.
Hayat means life. It's our dedicated service for Muslim participants and culturally diverse families: female workers on request, Islamic values respected, family involvement welcome, privacy and dignity first.
"Support that respects your faith, your family, and your way of life."
Getting started
Three steps. No run-around.
Say hello
Call, message or use the enquiry form — in English or Dari, whichever feels natural. We respond within one business day.
Meet & plan
A free, no-pressure meet-and-greet at your home. We listen to your goals and agree on supports, days and times that suit you.
Support begins
A simple service agreement, then consistent support from the same worker. Plan-managed and self-managed participants welcome.
Common questions
Asked before you have to ask.
Do you work with plan-managed and self-managed participants?
Yes, both. Invoices go straight to your plan manager with correct NDIS item codes and 2025-26 rates, or directly to you if self-managed. Payment terms are 7 days and the paperwork is always clean.
What does the first meeting cost?
Nothing. The meet-and-greet is free and carries no obligation. We come to your home, listen to your goals, and you decide if it's the right fit. No pressure either way.
Which suburbs do you cover?
Greater Dandenong, Casey and Melbourne's south-east: Dandenong, Noble Park, Springvale, Keysborough, Hampton Park, Cranbourne, Berwick and surrounds.
Are evenings and weekends available?
Yes. Weekday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays are all available, billed at standard NDIS rates for those times. Many families prefer weekend support, and that suits us fine.
