Plain language and your language
We write in plain English and avoid jargon wherever we can. Support and conversations are also available in Dari (also known as Farsi). If anything on this site is unclear, call us and a real person will explain it - in the language you’re most comfortable with.
Need information another way?
We’re happy to provide our information in other formats on request - over the phone, by text, larger print, or read aloud in person at a meet & greet. Just ask.
Tell us if something isn’t working
If you hit a barrier on this site, we want to fix it. Email admin@trueside.com.au or call 0470 491 956. TrueSide is not an emergency service - in an emergency, call 000.
