Is TrueSide a registered NDIS provider?
TrueSide is not registered with the NDIS Commission. We support plan-managed and self-managed participants only. Anosh holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (ID 94815052, valid to November 2030), Working with Children Check, police check, first aid, and public liability insurance.
How quickly can you start supporting a new participant?
Referrals are acknowledged within one business day. A free meet and greet is offered within seven days. If the participant is happy to proceed, support can begin the following week in most cases.
What compliance documents can you provide?
NDIS Worker Screening clearance, Working with Children Check, police check, first aid certificate, insurance certificates, and a copy of our service agreement template. All available same day on request.
