What we do, and what we don’t.
TrueSide supports plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. We are not currently registered to directly support NDIA-managed participants. Not sure how your plan is managed? Contact us and we’ll help you check.
We provide core supports only. We do not provide nursing or high-intensity clinical supports, behaviour support, restrictive practices, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) or plan management. If your needs sit outside our scope, we’ll say so honestly and help point you in the right direction.
Out-of-scope referrals, handled honestly
If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you and help you find someone who is. No participant gets passed around.
