TrueSide separately provides NDIS Support Coordination for plan-managed and self-managed participants. It's an independent service - using one never requires using the other.

TrueSide charges at or below the NDIS price limits for plan-managed and self-managed participants. Eligible NDIS supplies may be GST-free where the applicable GST requirements are met. Self-managed participants can negotiate rates.

What we do, and what we don't.
TrueSide's support work serves plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. We are not currently registered to support NDIA-managed participants. Not sure how your plan is managed? Contact us and we'll help you check.
Support work covers core supports only. We do not provide nursing or high-intensity clinical supports, behaviour support, restrictive practices, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) or plan management. If your needs sit outside our scope, we'll say so honestly and help point you in the right direction.
Consistency, honestly framed
Founder-operated means the same worker for planned shifts - and no anonymous backup roster. If illness or unavoidable leave affects a shift, you're contacted as early as possible to reschedule, cancel or arrange another option where continuity is urgent.
