Whether it's Friday prayers, Dandenong Market or a family gathering, you go with someone who understands your culture and speaks your language.
In your language
This support can be delivered fully in English or Dari (also known as Farsi) - whichever the participant prefers. Care should never come with a language barrier.

Gaming, tech, gym and sport can all count as real interests.
Community participation does not have to mean doing the same generic outing every week. Support can be built around what the participant actually enjoys, where that fits their goals and funded supports.

TrueSide charges for the support worker’s time. Do not assume an NDIS plan will pay ordinary gym memberships, game purchases, subscriptions, venue tickets or other costs everyone would normally pay. Funding depends on the participant’s plan and current NDIS rules.

What does community participation cost?
The NDIS weekday daytime rate is $73.58/hr (item 04_104_0125_6_1), with the relevant Saturday, Sunday and evening rates for those times - always at or below the price limit.
Can you support prayer and cultural events?
Yes, absolutely - that's a real strength of ours. From the mosque to community festivals, we support what matters to your culture and faith.
Is transport to activities included?
We can support you to and from activities; vehicle running costs ($0.99/km) are only charged where agreed in writing first.
