Staying connected is the point of the plan. We support you to get out and be part of your community - appointments, social and recreational activities, prayer, sport and family events.

How it helps

Whether it's Friday prayers, Dandenong Market or a family gathering, you go with someone who understands your culture and speaks your language.

In your language

This support can be delivered fully in English or Dari (also known as Farsi) - whichever the participant prefers. Care should never come with a language barrier.

What does community participation cost?

The NDIS weekday daytime rate is $73.58/hr (item 04_104_0125_6_1), with the relevant Saturday, Sunday and evening rates for those times - always at or below the price limit.

Can you support prayer and cultural events?

Yes, absolutely - that's a real strength of ours. From the mosque to community festivals, we support what matters to your culture and faith.

Is transport to activities included?

We can support you to and from activities; vehicle running costs ($0.99/km) are only charged where agreed in writing first.
