He is part of the local Afghan and Muslim community, speaks Dari (Farsi) fluently, and has spent years living and working across Greater Dandenong. What we provide in Springvale

• Daily living and personal care. Morning and evening routines, showering, dressing, grooming, medication prompts, and meal preparation tailored to dietary needs including halal requirements.
• Community participation. Support to attend appointments, visit the Springvale Community Hub, go to the library, participate in sports or social groups, or simply get out of the house and into the community.
• Transport. Reliable door-to-door transport in a registered, insured vehicle. Whether it is a medical appointment at Springvale Community Health, a trip to Springvale Homemaker Centre, or a visit to a family member across town.

Large providers may have bigger rosters, but worker continuity can vary. TrueSide uses a founder-operated model designed around one consistent worker rather than a rotating roster. That continuity can make it easier to keep routines, preferences and goals understood from one shift to the next.

For participants who find change difficult, or for families who need to trust the person in their home, this consistency is not a nice bonus. It is the whole point.

Language and faith

Support in Springvale can be delivered in English or Dari (Farsi). For Muslim families, faith-aware support means prayer times, modesty preferences, and faith-based routines can be woven into the support schedule. You should not have to advocate for these things separately. They should just be part of the service, and with TrueSide, they are.

Plan types and pricing

We work with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. We are not registered for NDIA-managed plans. All invoicing follows the current 2026-27 NDIS pricing arrangements, and we never charge above the price limits. Evening and weekend shifts are available at standard NDIS rates.
