The City of Casey is one of the fastest-growing municipalities in Victoria. New housing estates in Cranbourne East, Cranbourne West, Clyde, and Clyde North have brought thousands of new families into the area. But growth in housing does not always mean growth in disability services. Many families in Cranbourne find themselves on waitlists, or cycling through providers who send a different worker each week.

TrueSide is a small, founder-operated NDIS support service based in Noble Park North, about 20 to 25 minutes from central Cranbourne. We chose to include Cranbourne and the broader Casey corridor in our service area because families here told us they needed exactly what we offer: one consistent worker, reliable communication, and a personal relationship rather than a corporate one.

What NDIS support looks like in Cranbourne

• Daily living and personal care. Showering, dressing, grooming, medication prompts, and routines that respect the participant's pace and preferences. Halal meal preparation is available for participants who need it.
• Community participation. Getting out of the house matters. Whether that means visiting Cranbourne Park, attending the Casey ARC, going to a community group, catching up with friends, or joining a local sports activity, we support participants to engage with their community on their own terms.
• Transport. Door-to-door in a registered, insured vehicle. Medical appointments at Casey Hospital, shopping at Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre, education, and errands across Cranbourne and surrounding suburbs.
• Household tasks. Keeping your home comfortable and safe. Cleaning, laundry, tidying, and cooking.

Why one consistent worker changes things

When a participant sees the same face at every shift, something shifts. Trust builds. Communication becomes easier. Goals stop being abstract sentences on a plan and start becoming real, measurable progress. The worker knows what worked last Tuesday and what did not. They remember that the participant prefers the scenic route to the shops. They notice when energy levels are lower than usual, before the participant even says anything.

That is the difference between support as a service and support as a relationship. TrueSide is the second kind.

Culturally responsive support in Cranbourne

Cranbourne's growing Afghan, Pakistani, and broader Muslim community means there is real demand for culturally responsive NDIS support in this area. TrueSide's Hayat pathway provides support that factors in prayer times, halal dietary requirements, gender preferences, and family involvement. Anosh speaks fluent Dari (Farsi) and English, so language is never a barrier.

Funding

We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants. Invoices follow the 2026-27 NDIS pricing arrangements, are correctly coded, and sent promptly. We are not registered for NDIA-managed plans. Evening, weekend, and public holiday support is available at standard NDIS rates.
