به زبان دری خدمت میکنیم
Dari-speaking NDIS support worker in Melbourne.
For families who want support explained, planned and delivered in Dari (Farsi), not through an interpreter, not through gestures, but in your own language, by someone from your own community.
Thousands of Afghan families in Melbourne's south-east hold NDIS plans they barely use. Not because the funding is not there, but because every provider sends a stranger who needs everything explained: the language, the privacy expectations, the prayer times, why grandmother should not be left alone with an unfamiliar man, why the kitchen is halal. After a few of those visits, many families quietly give up.
TrueSide was built for exactly these families. Anosh is a native Dari speaker from the south-east Afghan community. The first phone call can be in Dari. The meet and greet can be in Dari. The service agreement is explained line by line in Dari, so the family actually understands what they are signing and what their plan pays for. And the worker who arrives already knows the things you should never have to explain.
For participants who prefer English, or families who switch between both, that works too, the point is choice.

Common questions
Good to know.
Is Dari the same as Farsi?
Yes, Dari is the Afghan variety of Farsi (Persian). Speakers of Iranian Farsi and Afghan Dari understand each other comfortably, and support is available to both.
Can the whole process happen in Dari?
Yes. The first call, the meet and greet, the service agreement explanation and the support itself can all be in Dari, with documents in English for your records.
Which areas do you cover?
Melbourne's south-east: Greater Dandenong, Casey, and suburbs including Dandenong, Noble Park, Springvale, Hampton Park, Cranbourne and Berwick.
Who can use TrueSide?
