Everything below is delivered personally, in your language, across Melbourne's south-east. Rates never exceed the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26.
Daily living support
Assistance with self-care: showering, dressing, grooming, meals and medication prompting. Morning and evening routines built around how you like things done.
Assistance with self-careHousehold tasks
Cleaning, laundry and meal preparation that keeps your home comfortable and safe, done alongside you or for you, whichever helps most.
Core supportCommunity participation
Support to attend appointments, social and recreational activities, prayer, sport and family events. Staying connected is the point of the plan.
Community accessTransport assistance
Door-to-door transport in a registered, insured vehicle, to medical appointments, shopping, community activities or wherever the day takes you.

Rates that follow the price guide, not push it.
TrueSide charges at or below the NDIS price limits for plan-managed and self-managed participants. Supports are GST-free. Self-managed participants can negotiate rates.

Clear boundaries
What we do, and what we don't.
TrueSide supports plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. We are not currently registered to directly support NDIA-managed participants. Not sure how your plan is managed? Contact us and we will help you check.
We provide core supports only. We do not provide nursing or high-intensity clinical supports, behaviour support, restrictive practices, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) or plan management. If your needs sit outside our scope, we will say so honestly and help point you in the right direction.
