Local coordination

A coordinator who already works across your side of Melbourne.

Noble Park sits in the middle of the area TrueSide already serves in person. That matters when a participant wants an occasional face-to-face meeting, needs help comparing providers close to home, or simply prefers a coordinator who understands the distances between Noble Park, Springvale, Keysborough, Dandenong and neighbouring suburbs rather than treating every local request as a trip across Melbourne.

Support Coordination itself is not limited to face-to-face meetings. A lot of the real work happens between appointments: calling providers, checking availability, comparing service agreements, following up waitlists, organising communication and making sure the participant knows what happens next. That means we can combine local meetings with phone and video support depending on what is practical for you.

What we actually help with

Turning a plan into services that work.

Support Coordination is useful when the plan exists but the practical pieces are not coming together. You might have funding that has barely been used, several providers who are not communicating, a therapy waitlist with no alternative, a service agreement you do not understand, or a reassessment approaching without the information organised.

TrueSide can help you understand the funded supports in your plan, identify the next priorities, research and compare suitable providers, follow up service gaps, keep track of what has and has not been arranged, and build your confidence to manage more of the system yourself. The aim is not to make you dependent on a coordinator. It is to make the plan easier for you to control.

If you are trying to work out whether your plan includes this funding at all, start with our guide on how to check for Support Coordination funding.

Level 1 & Level 2

Support that matches the funding in your plan.

TrueSide's current coordination scope is Level 1 Support Connection and Level 2 Coordination of Supports. Level 1 is generally focused on connection and building confidence to use supports. Level 2 can involve more active implementation and coordination across multiple providers or service gaps. The correct level is the one actually funded in your plan and appropriate to your situation.

For the 2026–27 pricing year, the national NDIS price limits are $80.06 per hour for Level 1 Support Connection and $100.14 per hour for Level 2 Coordination of Supports. TrueSide currently charges those rates. You can see the detail in our Support Coordination cost and pricing guide or the Schedule of Fees.

Who can use TrueSide

Plan-managed and self-managed participants.

TrueSide is currently an unregistered provider. Under the current NDIS rules, unregistered Support Coordinators can work with participants whose relevant funding is plan-managed or self-managed. NDIA-managed supports require registered providers. If you are not sure how your Support Coordination funding is managed, we can help you identify what to check before you sign anything.

You are also free to compare coordinators before deciding. The NDIA itself recommends asking about price, experience, who you will actually work with and cancellation terms before making a service agreement. A free introductory call gives you a chance to ask those questions without committing.

Your choice stays yours

Support Coordination should not lock you into other TrueSide services.

TrueSide also provides Support Work, including locally around Noble Park. Those services are separate. A participant using TrueSide for Support Coordination is never required to use TrueSide Support Work. Where TrueSide could be one possible provider for another support, that interest should be disclosed and genuine alternatives should still be considered.

That separation matters because the coordinator's role is to help you exercise choice and control, not to funnel every part of your plan into one organisation. Our conflict of interest policy explains the safeguards in more detail.

Changing coordinators

You do not have to stay with a coordinator who is not working for you.

If you already have a coordinator, you can still speak with another provider before deciding whether to change. Check the notice and exit terms in your current service agreement, think about what you want handled differently, and plan the handover so important provider contacts and outstanding tasks do not disappear between services.

Our guide on changing NDIS Support Coordinators explains the process in more detail. If reassessment is approaching, our guide to Support Coordinator reports and plan reassessment explains the information that can matter around that stage of the plan.

Questions

Noble Park Support Coordination FAQs.

Do you meet participants in Noble Park?

Yes. In-person meetings are available in Noble Park and nearby south-east Melbourne suburbs, subject to availability and what works for the participant. Coordination can also be done by phone and video, which is often practical for shorter check-ins and provider follow-up.

Can you work with plan-managed funding?

Yes. TrueSide currently works with plan-managed and self-managed participants for services within our scope. Because TrueSide is unregistered, NDIA-managed supports require a registered provider.

How much does Support Coordination cost?

TrueSide currently charges $80.06 per hour for Level 1 Support Connection and $100.14 per hour for Level 2 Coordination of Supports, matching the 2026–27 national NDIS price limits. The funded support, service agreement and any other chargeable items should be clear before services begin.

Can you help find providers around Noble Park?

Yes. Provider research and comparison is a core part of coordination. The goal is to identify options that fit your goals, location, funding and preferences, explain the trade-offs and leave the final choice with you.

Do I have to use TrueSide Support Work as well?

No. Support Coordination and Support Work are separate services. You can use TrueSide for coordination and choose completely different providers for every other support.
